**The Role**:

- Take orders and serve guests with excellent customer service
- Operate cash register to accept various types of tender from guests, provide proper change, balance cash drawer and receipts.
- Complete basic food preparation and operate kitchen equipment to prepare, cook, and assemble a variety of food items (tacos, burritos, fries, etc.)
- Ensure all dishes are prepared/plated in a timely manner by restocking ingredients and meeting prep times to ensure smooth delivery
- Set up and clean the station according to restaurant protocol
- Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards
- Open and close the food truck in an efficient and timely manner
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

- Food Handler Certificate (preferred)

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

**Your Assets**:

- An understanding of cooking methods and procedures, and knife-handling skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks with accuracy/speed
- Ability to remain calm, cool and collected in a fast-paced environment

**Working Conditions**:

- Weekday and Weekend
- Ability to lift up to 55lbs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
