**Responsibilities**:

- As an Assistant Manager, you participate in the achievement of company objectives in terms of budgets and operations.
- You are responsible for training and leading a team in an efficient and dynamic manner in order to offer top-quality products and services while building customer loyalty.
- You supervise kitchen staff to ensure that standards of quality, quantity, presentation, hygiene, health and safety are properly respected.
- You must also see to it that counter service and fast, personalized delivery are maintained.
- As the Manager’s right-hand man, your position requires very tight control over the cleanliness and maintenance of the equipment and the restaurant.

**Requirements**:

- Management experience in the restaurant industry
- Have leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Have a sense of responsibility and be able to take initiative
- Have good judgment and a good resistance to stress

**Job Type**: Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed

- Ottawa, ON K1S 5J3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
