**Project Description**:
The Centre Block Rehabilitation Project is a long-term renovation, rehabilitation, and rejuvenation project of national interest within the Parliamentary Precinct. Architecture 49 Inc. through CENTRUS, a joint venture, is contributing architectural services, including architectural design, production, and contract administration. Over the next several years, Centre Block will be renovated to repair and replace various crucial components of the building, influencing the way the Parliament works for the next 100 years.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate alongside BIM Managers and Lead BIM Coordinator to advance detailed development of the models and maintain project-specific BIM requirements.
- Follow up and perform tasks to resolve model development issues to advance and evolve the development of design models to meet the production schedule.
- Assist in the performance of regular model health reviews to ensure compliance with BIM standards.
- Assist BIM Coordinators by performing BIM related tasks for model development and project coordination.
- Provide project BIM administration support as needed.
- Perform other duties related to project’s BIM deployment as assigned by the BIM Managers and Lead BIM Coordinators.
- Contribute to the monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing model performance.
- Demonstrate excellent time management and a high degree of adaptability.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Degree or diploma in architectural technology from an accredited North American technical college or equivalent relevant technical experience.
- Experience: Strong Revit experience and knowledge with 2+ years’ progressive BIM modeling experience in a production environment. Interdisciplinary coordination and collaboration experience an asset.
- Advanced understand of construction methods and materials, construction drawings, building structures, and construction processes.
- Familiarity with interoperability and workflows between Revit and complimentary software programs.
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work with the design team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and software packages to accommodate project needs.
- Written and spoken English proficiency required. French, in addition, would be an asset.
