**Responsibilities**

As the Store Manager, you will be the heart of our operations—ensuring a smooth, fun, and professional environment for both customers and team members. Your responsibilities include:
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage staff, creating a motivating and inclusive work culture

Daily Operations: Oversee store opening/closing, token systems, machine functions, cash handling, and inventory

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism

Performance & Sales: Monitor store performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and revenue

Event Execution: Support seasonal campaigns, marketing promotions, influencer visits, and community events

Store Presentation: Ensure cleanliness, visual appeal, and machine readiness at all times

**What We’re Looking For**

2-4+ years of retail or arcade/hospitality management experience preferred

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Energetic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Basic knowledge of social media or marketing is a plus
