What We’re Looking For

Our people are our most important resource. We are currently looking for Director to lead our Project Management team with a proven track record of successfully making a positive impact in his/her previous career.

You are insanely curious and have a thirst for figuring out new technologies.

You are an experienced leader with at least 10 years of experience in R&D and/or enterprise software development environments.

What You’ll Do
- Ensure high levels of impact and influence across the organization
- Resolve scope, resources, time, and cost issues with VPs, CEO, COO, and Directors
- Manage multiple areas including project and program management, scope and risk management, resource management, process improvement, and localization
- All SOTI releases/multiple products/programs delivered across all regions - HQ, RIL, India
- Educate and coordinate with multiple teams within SOTI to drive GA/GTM activities and Issue Resolution, including Marketing/Sales Engineering/Project Support/Customer Support. Establish SRT (Stakeholder Release Tracker/Release Manifest) for all Products.
- Improve the Delivery of MC Release Trains and Milestone Adherence, Establish Metrics and Dashboards, and drive improvements across the DEV team including improved discipline, ownership, and accountability in the DEV team.
- Correspondence with DEV org regarding customer escalations

Experience You’ll Bring
- A seasoned Senior Project Manager with a proven record of Leadership, managing people for at least 10 years continually
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in Change Management, Risk Management, and Process Management
- Graduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience in PMP, PMI-ACP, and Lean or similar industry certification
- Possess demonstrated ability or experience managing people
- Demonstrated experience with Enterprise Mobility Management solutions and technical software projects
