**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
- Support cooks and chefs by helping with meal preparation and cooking as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting shortages to management.
- Participate in maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- A passion for the food industry and eagerness to learn from experienced cooks and chefs.
