INSIDE SALES (TERM POSITION)

**The Opportunity**
- Providing support to sales team by following up on leads, and handling customer inquiries.
- Filling out quote request paperwork and supporting the sales team with administrative duties
- Work towards providing price cost estimates based on the evaluation and interpretation of customer supplied information
- Work towards learning Metal Building Software (MBS) to properly quote and estimate rigid frame steel buildings.
- After sales duties: keep contact with clients to follow up with customer service and ensure all elements are in place to meet project specs and delivery deadlines
- Full time (40 hrs per week) term position will start January 2025 and end June 2025 with the possibility of extending.
- Reporting to the Technical Sales / Project Manager

**This role requires**:

- Completion of a Business diploma or degree would be an asset, however combinations of experience and relevant courses will also be considered.
- Experience in an office environment would be an asset
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, time and priority management are necessary for success
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, continually adapt to change and work under pressure
- Travel may be required to assist with tradeshows / sales activities as needed.
