Mover Helper

Sheffield Moving and Storage is looking for dedicated and reliable Mover Helpers to join our busy London team. Successful applicants will assist drivers on household and commercial moves and commercial deliveries throughout London and surrounding area.

**NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** yet furniture moving experience is an asset and will come with a higher starting wage.

**STUDENTS WELCOME**

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment
- Wrap good for safe and protective transportation
- Pack and unpack goods
- Sort and stack goods
- Deal with customers in a polite and courteous manor
- Light warehousing
- Heavy lifting up to 45kg

**Work Conditions**
- Fast paced environment
- Repetitive tasks including bending, crouching and kneeling

**Essential skills**
- Reading
- Oral Communication
- Working with others

Part-time hours: 35-45 per week

**Salary**: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
