Factory Operator

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operator to join our team. The Operator will be responsible for overseeing the operation of machinery and equipment, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

**Duties**
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment during production runs.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and equipment performance.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in training new operators on equipment operation and safety practices.

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in an industrial setting is preferred.
- Previous experience as an Operator or in a similar role is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.

Pay: $17.50-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
