Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the reception area
- Obtain and update patient information in electronic medical records
- Process payments, invoices, and insurance claims
- Assist veterinary staff with various administrative tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability details to customers
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the system
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is preferred but not necessary
- Proficiency in using software systems for appointment scheduling and record keeping
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
