Queendom Cleaning Ltd. Is a residential and commercial cleaning service based in Spruce Grove. We serve Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Parkland County, and a little bit of Edmonton.

We use all natural, non-toxic products. Our clients love us because we care about our results and we take the time to make sure they are happy.

We have an extensive training program and our on-boarding is all done online from the comfort of your home. Staff are enrolled in our Safety Program, WHIMS, and workplace violence and harassment training.

Our team loves working for Queendom because we treat each other with dignity and respect, we push each other to do our best, and we support our team. Our team works very independently: imagine getting up in the morning, jumping in your car with your coffee, and completing your job solo, with your team at your fingertips. Then heading off to your next job to complete a large clean with 2 or 3 other people. You will see one of your two amazing supervisors every week or so for a quick quality check too This job is challenging, independent, fun, and comes with a lot of variety
- **The Job**:_

**We are** looking for one new team member to work in Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Parkland County, and occasionally Edmonton.

We are offering a **part-time position **which has flexible hours. We are open from 8-4, Monday through Friday, and we need our team to be able to start at 8 am.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**1. You should be available **2-5 days a week from 8 am to 4 pm. Some days we finish early.

**2. Experience is not necessary - **be ready to learn and improve with us and have a good attitude

**3. You need a car - **your own insured, reliable car for which you will be paid mileage (see Compensation)

**4. Smart phone on a data plan - **see compensation

**5. Comfortable working alone and with others and talking to clients**

**6. Comfortable with DOGS and cats and all the other fuzzy beings**

**7. Be physically fit - **lift up to 40 lbs, squat, twist, carry, kneel...

**8. Be reliable and consistent **(see compensation)

**COMPENSATION**

**1. **$17.00 per hour PLUS:
**2. **$0.50/hour performance bonus (show up, do good, do other easy stuff)

**3. **$2.00 per house allowance for using your own phone and washing cloths at home

**4. **$0.28/km for eligible mileage (between all houses, to and from any houses outside of Spruce/Stony, just not from your home to your first house if in town, or home from last house if in town).

**5. **Regular tips paid right on your cheque

**EMPLOYMENT INFO**

**We are **one of those very legitimate businesses that puts you on payroll, submits your taxes, CPP, and EI to the CRA, and provides you with a fancy T4. We provide you with all the cleaning tools and solutions you need to do the job, plus 2-3 weeks of training, tons of ongoing support, and opportunites for growth if desired.

We have an office in Stony Plain where we pick up and drop off supplies

**What It Will Be Like**

Being a residential house cleaner is a physical job that requires you to be ready to move and hustle, be efficient and forward thinking, and to have a really good eye for detail. You will feel good in this job if you like making this look and FEEL nice and going out of you way to make another human being grateful for you.

You will clean a mix of homes and conduct different types of cleans such as a routine bi-weekly home, a big move out with a team, a big deep clean with a team, and the occasional random thing that comes along.

You will receive a lot of independence and trust from your team, who will be excited to work with another person who cares about what they do each day and treats others with kindness and respect.
