As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness throughout our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to lead change management projects, map out current and future processes, and build automations that transform how we work. Your efforts will not only make a significant impact within the company but also contribute to a positive experience for our clients and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Change Management**: Lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with organizational goals. You will be responsible for preparing, supporting, and guiding teams through changes, minimizing disruptions and maximizing adoption.

**Stakeholder Communication**: Serve as a liaison between various departments, facilitating clear and effective communication. Ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned with project goals and updates.

**Process Mapping**: Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and create detailed process maps. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization. Work collaboratively with teams to define and implement improved workflows.

**Technical Proficiency**: Utilize your understanding of JavaScript, APIs, and other programming languages to support automation development tasks. Contribute to building and enhancing custom solutions tailored to business needs.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Education and Experience**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- 3-5 years of experience in business process analysis or a related role, with a proven track record of successful project management and process improvement.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- A proactive and positive approach to tackling challenges.
- Proven experience in business process analysis, with a strong emphasis on communication and project management.
- Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Hands-on experience with designing and implementing automation solutions.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and other programming languages is preferred.
- Financial technology, banking or entrepreneurial experience is an added bonus.
