**PURPOSE**:
**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate Class 3 commercial vehicle
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Safely load and unload goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand as required
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain required signatures
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams
- Assist with general warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control
- Ensure proper securing of loads and compliance with all safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and minor maintenance of delivery vehicle
- Follow company protocols for handling hazardous or fragile materials, if applicable
- Local driving routes (no long-haul or overnight shifts)

**REQUIREMENTS**

The person filling this position must be a trustworthy individual. This position must also hold confidential, as a condition of employment, all Company documents, information or conversations relating to the Company’s business.
- Valid Class 3 Driver’s License with Air Brakes Endorsement
- Clean driver’s abstract and criminal record check
- Minimum 2-5 years of commercial driving experience preferred
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is an asset (certification preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and safety protocols
- Local driving routes (no long-haul or overnight shifts)
- Combination of indoor warehouse and outdoor driving conditions
