Hybrid Caretaker

We are currently looking for a Weekend Hybrid Caretaker / Janitorial cleaner for a residential property based near Royal Oak station on the Expo Line in Burnaby. This will be a part-time position. Hybrid Caretaker / Janitorial cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the building's common areas and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents.

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Cleaning of residential and commercial properties
- Replenish supplies such as soaps, paper towels and toilet paper
- Cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors and vacuuming
- Cleaning spills, broken glass and other messes up as quickly as possible
- Coordinating duties with other cleaners
- Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning such as ensuring bathrooms are sanitary
- Ordering new cleaning supplies as needed

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Cleaning experience is an asset
- Reliable and a good communicator
- Excellent time management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication in English
- Must be proactive and be able to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Job Types**: Part-time, weekend

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 3 hours shift
- Saturday - Sunday

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: near Royal Oak station on the Expo Line in Burnaby
