**Lead Technician**

The Lead Technician (Lead Tech) plays a crucial role in our daily operations, balancing technical expertise, leadership, and customer service. Success in this role requires proactive problem-solving and ownership over challenges as they arise.

**Internal Operations & Job Preparation**
- Complete required checklists and forms.
- Manage equipment, materials, and chemicals.
- Monitor van fuel levels and ensure the caddy is stocked.
- Refill chemicals and materials as needed throughout the day.
- Delegate tasks to the Associate Tech during downtime.
- Communicate job details, client specifications, and potential hazards to the team.
- Share knowledge and best practices with the team and clients.
- Ensure a high-quality final result, including setting expectations during walkthroughs and performing post-cleaning checks to prevent call-backs.

**Client Communication & Logistics**
- Maintain professionalism and strong time management.
- Review the day's schedule, anticipating potential issues or time constraints.
- Manage job flow, including sending “on the way” texts and coordinating fuel stops or material pickups.
- Communicate delays to clients with an accurate ETA.
- Conduct property walkthroughs, addressing stains, filtration lines, and other potential concerns upfront.
- Verify job details against the quote, confirming pricing for any additional services before beginning work.
- Accurately create invoices, process payments, and ensure quick turnaround for receivables.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
