The primary function of this position is to provide assistance to students in the areas of spiritual, education, social, behavioural and physical needs. The position will often require heavy lifting.

Hearing (sign language)
Learning disabilities
Developmentally delayed
Multiple handicapped
Multiple Exceptionalities

**Requirements**:
Educational Support Diploma or related field of study.
A minimum of one (1) year working experience with individuals with special needs or equivalent (e.g., providing care for family members with special needs, etc.)
Ability to perform multiple activities without assistance including but not limited to; walking / standing for long periods of time, pushing / pulling up to 65kg, frequent reaching, bending, kneeling movements, etc.
Pastoral Reference Letter from a Roman Catholic Parish, indicating you are a practicing Roman Catholic (dated within the past 12 months), or a Baptismal Certificate from a Roman Catholic Church. (Note that a positive pastoral reference will be required to be considered for a permanent position).
Resume and Cover Letter addressed to the Sr. Manager of Recruitment, Human Resources.
The daily rate of pay is $165.53. Working hours are 6 hours and 40 minutes per day, excluding unpaid lunch break.
