**Job Type**:Part-Time (8-12h/week)

**Reports To**: Clinical Director/ Lead Practitioner

Complete Balance is a well-regarded, multidisciplinary clinic specializing in neurological

rehabilitation, treating complex cases including stroke, Parkinson’s, ALS, MS, traumatic

brain injuries, and other neurodegenerative or neurological conditions. Our collaborative,

patient-centred model has earned us a strong reputation across Ontario. Patients come to

us not just for our clinical excellence but for the results we consistently deliver. We are

located at Don Mills & Sheppard, with easy access to the TTC and free parking.

Registered Psychotherapists (RPs and RP Qualifying) and Registered Social Workers

(RSWs) may apply. The position is an independent contractor position, with a percentage

split going to the practitioner.

Currently, sessions can be hybrid, with option of both in-person and/or virtual therapy.

Job Summary:

- Experience with the provision of psychotherapy services
- Demonstrate knowledge of evidence-based psychological therapies, and good case

conceptualization of how these relate to the interventions and treatment for a client
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Contribution to clinic social media content and/or newsletters
- Motivation to build your own client network, including the referrals provided
- Can work up to 12 hours a week, including evenings and weekend hours
- Preferred experience working with:

- Individuals, Couples, Families
- Anxiety and Depression
- Workplace Stress
- Family-related issues

**Qualifications**:

- Masters Degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or other relevant field of

study
- Registration and good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists or

the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers
- If RP (Qualifying), must have ongoing supervision outside of the clinic
- Up-to-date professional liability insurance
- Experience: minimum 1 year

**Salary**: $100.00 - $125.00 per hour, dependent on experience
