Working to deliver initiatives over several years, you will be the Technical Lead on the monitoring squad.

Your role:

- Support and promote continuous improvement
- Build effective and responsible teams that can make decisions and deliver
- Involve the entire organization and gather information on business/technical needs
- Work with the product owner and solutions architect to align the business need with technical delivery
- Support your colleagues in the technical delivery
- Participate and support our clients in the implementation of observability practices and use of tools
- Promote and improve/develop the various observability frameworks versus the tools
- Enhance our service offering
- Manage our clients’ expectations versus the team’s capacity
- Completed bachelor’s degree OR other degree in a related field with several years of relevant experience
- At least 3 years of experience as a technical lead in a team
- Knowledge of oversight and continuous integration tools
- Understanding of the technical challenges and possibilities associated with development
- Knowledge of the following tools: Git/Bitbucket, JUnit, Maven, Jenkins, AWS
- Experience in JavaScript/Python development (Java, an asset)
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Knowledge of Splunk, Datadog, ExtreHop
- Security knowledge, an asset
- Experience with log aggregations and network performance monitoring (NPM)
- Bilingualism, spoken and written (English and French)
