At Wing’in, we are looking for a passionate and hardworking individual with strong communication and leadership skills. Do you love working in a fast-paced environment? Are you a leader that is passionate about the restaurant industry? We are seeking an efficient and flexible Restaurant Supervisor who will handle a new quick service restaurant which will grow to several locations at a very high pace.
You will be reporting directly to the General manager, while overseeing the performance of the restaurant. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will assist in building, coaching, managing, and develop teams from a staffing standpoint.
You will have the opportunity to take on higher positions whiten the company as stores keep opening throughout the region, with a higher salary.
**In this position you will**:
- Supervise your co-workers
- Oversees all front and back of the house restaurant operations
- Training staff
- Assist with scheduling
- Making sure staff is keeping up with brand protocols
- Assist staff in expediting food
- Inventory
- Ensure cleanliness of store is always maintained
- Reading and replying to reviews
- Make sure targets have been met
- Maintain quality control for all food served
- Respond to customer complaints and/or refer them to the GM
- Find ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs

**Salary**: $15.50-$17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
