**What you’ll do**

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Digital Content & Branding

Location: Vancouver, BC (On-site)

Expected Start Date: 5 January 2026

Contract Duration: 8 months

Work Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time)

The Digital Content & Branding Intern will be responsible for managing digital content, creating assets, and maintaining brand identity for HCM Adoption Office. This role involves ensuring that all digital content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines.

**Responsibilities**:
Digital Content Management:

- Design and maintain HCM Adoption Office SharePoint content
- Organize and upload content for the repository, review, and update content to ensure accuracy

Asset Creation and Update:

- Create videos, one-pagers, and slide deck presentations
- Develop and maintain brand identity and ensure content meets guideline

Content Inventory Maintenance:

- Organize and upload content for repository, review, and update content to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate and collect submissions for the HCM Adoption Office Expert Blog and newsletter articles

**What you bring**

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Education: Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.

Qualifications:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint
- Strong design skills with experience in graphic design tools such as Canva
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

- Basic knowledge of branding and content management systems
- Experience with multimedia production, including video and slide presentations
