**Detail Technician**

**Job Summary**:
The Detail Technician is responsible for cleaning and detailing the exterior and interior of vehicles to ensure they are presented to customers in pristine condition. They will use various cleaning and detailing techniques to ensure the vehicles are spotless inside and out.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Clean and detail vehicles according to company standards
- Vacuum and shampoo vehicle interiors, including carpets, upholstery, and mats
- Polish vehicle exteriors using Dual Action polishers
- Clean and polish windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues to management
- Drive to pick up vehicles from customer locations
- Keep detailing area clean and organized
- Assist with other duties as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Class 5 license with a clean driving record
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment, such as pressure washers and vacuums
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time

**Working Conditions**:
The Detail Technician will primarily work indoors in a detailing area, but may occasionally work outdoors washing vehicles (when weather permits). The position is physical and requires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods of time. The job may also require working on weekends and holidays.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Class 5 Licence (required)
