Warehouse Training and Process Coodinator

Onboard and train all new staff, (mostly hourly) in the specific WH process functions. Maintain safe and efficient procedures.
- Develop day-to-day employee performance tracking in accordance to the Collective Agreement and Company Policies
- Support daily cycle count reconciliation process to uncover training opportunities and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Support the Cat claiming process and Surplus returns
- Co-ordinate outside training requirements for WH employees

**Job Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary Education preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a CAT dealership warehouse environment
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Coordinator position
- 2 years of DBS and WMS experience
- 2 years’ experience in a CAT dealership working with WMS and following specific cycle count procedures
- Must be moderately experienced with using Excel, with moderate proficiency to do analysis
- Team player, must be organized and able to maintain schedules and deadlines, independent and takes initiative, collaborative and able to coordinate with peer to manage staff requirements
