**Job Summary**
We are hiring a **Quality Control Inspector** to join our precision manufacturing team. You will be responsible for inspecting high-precision parts using **CMMs** and **Manual**tools to ensure they meet aerospace, nuclear, and defense standards.
**Responsibilities**
- Operate **CMMs** (PC-DMIS or CALYPSO) to inspect machined components
- Perform **Manual inspections**using gauges, micrometers, calipers, and height gauges
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Complete inspection reports and QA documentation
- Inspect tight-tolerance features (e.g., flatness, concentricity, perpendicularity)
- Visually inspect parts for defects or inconsistencies
- Work with manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues
- Follow AS9100, ISO 9001:2008, and CSA Z299 standards
**Qualifications**
- 5-10+ years experience inspecting tight-tolerance machined parts
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and shop math
- Experience with PC-DMIS or CALYPSO CMM software
- Familiar with AS9100 and CSA Z299 standards
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Experience inspecting gears and splines an asset
**Must have**
- Legally eligible to work in Canada and currently residing in Canada
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Clean Background Check required
Pay: $27.00-$33.00 per hour
