**What you will do**
The Engagement and Rewards Specialist works closely with the designed stakeholders to create and engage. The Engagement and Rewards Specialist will be responsible for the development of annual platform engagement strategy. This position is responsible for creating strategy to engage users of all teams and types. This includes proactive internal outreach, onboarding and engagement strategies related to platforms, promotional strategies for platforms, user acquisitions strategies, and external communication strategies.
**Strategy & Engagement**
- Engage with partners and other stakeholders to coordinate execution strategies.
- Monitor and report on the success of engagement, media, and strategies.
- Conduct Quarterly Platform Engagement Strategy Session
**User Engagement**
- Develop programs and campaigns to help engage users in our platforms & events.
- Plan messaging for outbound communications internally and externally
- Monitor and report user engagement in platforms in collaboration with Data
Operations
- Offer creative solutions to improving user and customer engagement and retention.
**Rewards**
- Work with Third Party Agencies to propose and set reward offerings for designated
platforms.
- Coordinate with Global Fulfilment Partners to execute reward programs.
- Offer creative reward options to help engage users and improve customer
engagement.
**Miscellaneous**
- Assist when needed in event execution, advertising sales, and program development
to ensure annual revenue goals are met.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work
experience required.
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in engagement, marketing, and
communication.
- High-level of written and verbal communication skills, and a demonstrated capacity to
communicate.
- Experience in website, digital marketing, and social media management.
- Experience in planning and executing marketing strategies for SaaS (Software as a
Service) product is a plus.
- Strong problem solver shows initiative and is a team leader.
- Positive, diplomatic, professional attitude.
- Knowledge/ familiarity of SaaS products.
- Enjoys a fast-paced work environment and can effectively manage time to complete projects with deadlines.
- Be a self-starter and can work independently.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to attend evening/nighttime events on a regular weekly basis, as needed.
- Experience with prize fulfillment is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
