**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Collaborate with clients to determine their requirements and preferences for interior spaces.
- Create detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, furniture selection, and material specifications.
- Present design concepts to clients using sketches, mood boards, or 2D renderings.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of color theory, spatial arrangements, and materials.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
- Ability to visualize concepts in 2D and create compelling presentations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in project management.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to interior design is a plus.
- A degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
