**. Food Preparation and Cooking**
- Prepare and cook a variety of home-style and family-favorite dishes (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
- Ensure meals are cooked to the right taste, portion, and temperature standards.
- Follow restaurant recipes and maintain consistency in flavor and presentation.
- Prepare special meals for children, seniors, and dietary requests when needed.
**2. Menu Planning and Development**
- Create and update menus that appeal to families, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
- Suggest daily specials and new dishes to attract repeat customers.
- Control food portions and reduce waste while maintaining quality.
**3. Kitchen Supervision**
- Oversee and train kitchen helpers, cooks, and dishwashing staff.
- Assign daily duties and make sure all kitchen operations run smoothly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
**4. Food Safety and Hygiene**
- Follow all health and safety regulations as per local food standards.
- Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and rotation (FIFO method).
- Keep cooking equipment, utensils, and work surfaces sanitized.
**5. Inventory and Cost Control**
- Monitor stock levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies.
- Check all deliveries for quality and freshness.
- Manage food costs efficiently without compromising quality.
**6. Customer Service and Quality**
- Ensure dishes are served hot, on time, and in proper presentation.
- Handle customer feedback and make quick adjustments to meet expectations.
- Support front-of-house staff during busy hours to ensure smooth service.
Pay: $32,000.00-$400,000.00 per year
