**Location**: Abbotsford, BC.

**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday (40 hrs. per week)

Velocity Truck Centre Canada, formally known as First Truck Centre, is currently accepting resumes for an experience Receptionist for our Abbotsford, BC location.

**Responsibilities**
- Switchboard - manage all incoming calls.
- Direct Customers, answer questions, locate personnel to assist customers.
- Weekly office supply order.
- Maintain petty cash, prepare bank deposit.
- Organize and Match POS receipts.
- Collect and distribute incoming faxes.
- Manage all courier functions incoming and outgoing.
- Post holiday hours signs as required.
- Assist Admin with any special projects as required.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of one years' experience working in a similar role.
- Minimum of a high school diploma. Those with post-secondary education in the administrative field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills; ability to communicate with internal and external customers.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate/advance level knowledge and skills in Excel
- Must have excellent attention-to-detail, documentation and follow up skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
