**Responsibilities include**:

- Curate a positive learning environment by inspiring and encouraging members and promoting the shared values of EFC.
- Collaborate with management using a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Underscore our commitment to safety and professionalism by maintaining operational control standards.

**About the Edmonton Flying Club**
The Edmonton Flying Club is a not-for-profit organization with a rich aviation history of almost 100 years. EFC is comprised of a Flight Training Unit, Aircraft Maintenance Organization, and Club. We operate newer fleet of aircraft, with a goal to provide our members with an advanced training experience. EFC takes tremendous pride in our professionalism and camaraderie as aviators.

**Salary**: $30.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
