Mathnasium Of Clarkson is a year-round math learning centre that teaches students based on their individual needs.

The Mathnasium Director is responsible for directly assisting the Centre Director with sales and administrative tasks required to run a Math Learning Centre efficiently, in addition to, providing educational support and leadership to the instructional floor.

The Directors assist with administrative tasks such as assessing and arranging work for students, updating parents regularly, assisting them with scheduling students' sessions, logging student progress, and monitoring, updating, and maintaining interior centre décor.

Directors must be:

- Positive educators who encourage students to achieve educational success.
- Motivating leaders who encourage employees to be successful in their role.
- Supportive and reliable teammates who encourage the Centre Director to achieve top performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Teaching Math to students between Grade 1 - 10, using the Mathnasium Method®
- Being Energetic and Fun when teaching new concepts to students.
- Willingness to learn a new way of thinking about math.
- Relevant tasks related to teaching the students such as administrative assistance and other related duties as assigned.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Exceptional Math skills ( We test your math).
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to professionally interact with students and parents.
- Energetic, Confident, and Caring personality.
- Professional and Reliable.
- Enjoys working in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- University graduate or current university student from a program with an emphasis in math.
- Ability to teach students confidently math (Grades 1-10).
- Should be able to motivate students while they learn and allow them to work on new concepts while maintaining a positive environment.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
