Terra is where colour lives, and the inspiration starts in the greenhouse Join our team of talented growers who make that colour come alive. You’ll be tending to crops, assisting with watering, planting, pruning, and spacing, and picking orders to ship to our retail stores. You’ll come away with an introduction to the best growing techniques and hopefully form some long-lasting friendships.

This work is physically taxing and requires:

- Bending, crouching, and kneeling repeatedly.
- Lifting up to 30 lbs from floor to waist; able to lift and work above shoulder height repeatedly and/or for extended periods of time.
- Repetitive hand and upper body movements.
- Able to tolerate temperature and humidity extremes.
- The ability to distinguish colour is also imperative.
