AOG Team is looking for an Aeronautical Structure Technician for a major company in Mirabel.

Permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday

Salary Up to $44/hr depending on experience

DEP in Aeronautical Structures or equivalent experience required

**Responsibilities**
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble products accurately and efficiently.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to ensure proper assembly.
- Fabricate parts as needed, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Perform machining tasks when required, demonstrating proficiency with calipers and other measuring instruments.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow in the warehouse environment.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in assembly or fabrication roles is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, machining processes, and welding techniques is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand schematics and technical documents effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
