**Nextgen Systems** is presently hiring an energetic Full Time **Hardwired Alarm Technician** for in **Saskatoon, SK** and surrounding areas.

** Stable Job, with competitive pay**

**Minimum 2 years experience in DSC Neo Hardwire Alarms**
- Install, service, and program **HARDWIRED Alarm systems.**:

- Troubleshooting security system.
- Mount and fasten keypad panels, door, and window contacts, etc.
- Provide service in accordance with the established procedures and techniques using proper tools, test equipment, and the replacement parts.
- Provide top-notch CUSTOMER SERVICE and tech support to the clients.

**What's Required**:

- **Must have hands-on experience with hardwired security systems**, including DSC, Neo, and similar platforms.
- **Strong communication and customer service skills**, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- **Comfortable interacting with customers daily**, providing effective training, guidance, and support.
- Proven ability to **troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system issues** while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Demonstrated professionalism, patience, and the capability to **document service activities and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction**.

**Must to have**:

- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Basic tools
- Criminal background check
- Must know Hardwired Systems such as DSC, Neo, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
