Di Salvo’s is a family-owned restaurant known for hearty comfort food, scratch cooking, and quality upscale Italian-inspired dishes. We’re looking for **experienced, passionate cooks** to join our kitchen team

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Working the line during busy services
- Preparing fresh ingredients and sauces daily
- Executing dishes with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
- Calling the board and managing communication during service
- Upholding our high standards of cleanliness and kitchen organization

**Requirements**:
Solid line cook experience in a busy kitchen
Culinary training or equivalent hands-on experience
Must be able to **call the board with confidence**
Strong prep skills, the ability to follow and execute recipes with a clear understanding of scratch cooking
Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a team

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 10 years (preferred)
