**You as a Project Manager, Mechanical & Electrical (Building Group) will**:

- Plan the mechanical and electrical components of a construction project and ensure applicable activities fit within the overall project framework
- Chair project M&E meetings, determining the status of the job in terms of scheduling and costing and solve complex technical issues
- Monitor a project’s material and labour costs for mechanical and electrical components and assure accurate quality reporting is being conducted
- Manage project commissioning team to provide a record of systems performance
- Prepare and implement training programs to ensure successful transition from the construction team to facility management

**Is this the right role for you?
- You have an Engineering/Mechanical degree or equivalent combination of technical training and industry memberships
- Experienced in the management of the projects end to end i.e. scope development, spec development, tendering review and evaluation, managing contractor installation, quality review, project closeout, etc.
- You have 5+ years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical functions
