**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality general dental care, including exams, cleanings, fillings, root canals, extractions, and restorative procedures.
- Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnose conditions, and create effective personalize treatment plans.
- Use the latest dental technology and equipment, including intra-oral scanning and CEREC Milling machine.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, preventive care and treatment options.
- Collaborate with other dentists and clinical support staff to ensure efficient practice operations and patient satisfaction.
- Stay current with advancement in technology and care standards through continuous education and professional development to provide the best possible care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in a fully digital environment.
- Foster a compassionate and supportive environment for both patients and team members.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and service at all times.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- A member in good standing with the RCDSO.
- Previous experience in a dental practice is preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong clinical skills in general dentistry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
