Asphalt Paver Operator

Empire Sealing & Paving Ltd is a Asphalt Paving and Maintenance company in Tillsonburg Ontario and we are looking to add a Paver Operator to our team

Our company provides asphalt services for commercial, industrial as well as residential homes and offers a wide range of services to our customers such as;
Paving

Sealcoating

Crack Sealing

Asphalt Repairs

Line Painting

Power Sweeping

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**

Safely and confidently operate Mauldin 1750C Paver

Perform daily inspections of machine and fluids

Clean and lubricate machine

perform adjustments and minor repairs to machine

Strong communication skills, working as a team player.

Display professionalism towards our company.

Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

Some general labor may be needed on certain projects

Individual must be and ready to work outdoors all hours of the day.

**Wage based on Experience**

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tillsonburg, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Asphalt Paving or Similar: 1 year (required)
