**Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity**:
Moneris is looking for a Manager, Product Analysis to lead a team of Product Analysts responsible for enabling data-driven decisions that support our product vision and execution. You will lead and inspire a team focused on enhancing our competitive position in the rapidly changing payments industry by shaping Moneris products to meet our customer's needs.

**Contract Term**:12 months.

**Location**:You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.

**Reporting Relationship**: You will report to Director, Product Operational Support

**Your Moneris Career - What you'll do**:

- Lead a team of Product Analysts responsible for bridging Product vision and design with a clear outline of the product details, behaviours and case scenarios
- Develop the team, ensure they have the right tools and remove any roadblocks.
- Build plans and adapt priorities to address resource or technical challenges - balances short-and medium term priorities to achieve results
- Support the team in managing partners to support product execution, competitive intelligence, and feedback from internal partners and merchants.

**Your Moneris Career - What you bring**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management.
- Minimum 2 years experience leading product teams.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, best practices and tools.
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management
- Experience managing relationships across the business with a knack for constructively confronting issues and people to ensure product deliverables are met.
- Proficiency in payment systems and the merchant acquiring business.
- Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience.
