Position Summary
Our culinary mission is to provide the Hollyburn Membership with an exceptional food and beverage experience in a premium casual dining environment. By maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency, we ensure that every Member and guest enjoys outstanding food and hospitality. As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role on the restaurant’s culinary team, supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen and contributing to the successful execution of this mission.
Position Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by ensuring work areas, equipment, and utensils are cleaned and stored properly.
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including maintaining cleanliness of floors, tableware, and dishes.
- Stock supplies in designated areas to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Assist with receiving, loading, unloading, and storing deliveries to maintain accurate inventory and a well-supplied kitchen.
- Support the kitchen team with additional duties as assigned to ensure the highest standards of service and cleanliness.

Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within a commercial kitchen setting.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods (up to 5 hours), lift up to 50 lbs., and move wagons weighing up to 200 lbs.
- Own transportation is an asset due to the Club’s location.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards is an asset.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position operates 100% on-site
- Regular evenings or weekend work may be required during peak periods or special events
- Own transportation is an asset as public transportation is not frequent to/from the Club
