**The Opportunity**

We are currently looking for a talented and experience Sheet Metal Installer to join our team. We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Sheet Metal Installers; with a high degree of attention to detail, time management, organization, problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install and assemble sheet metal products according to specifications and blueprints
- New house construction
- Retrofit installs for ducted heat pumps
- HRV & Venting
- Measure, cut, and shape metal components using appropriate tools and techniques
- Ensure proper fit and alignment of metal pieces
- Weld, solder, or rivet components to assemble structural parts
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years’ experience required
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal installation techniques and materials
- Ability to operate various hand and power tools effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
