We are looking to hire a talented, confident and upbeat individuals to serve as a part-time Moteliers ensuring that our boutique motel delivers top-notch customer service to every single one of our guests.
Hours of work will be approximately 8-4pm or 4-8pm or 4-10pm
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing exceptional and outstanding customer service including check-in, check-out, concierge
- Making drinks and serving customers on the patio
- Tending to guests' questions and providing exceptional customer service
- Ensuring that the front desk and reception area is kept clean and organized
- Reporting any issues, repairs & maintenance needs to the General Manager as applicable.
- Ensuring that all guest rooms and common areas are 100% clean and presentable for new guest
- Cleaning & sanitizing all guest rooms and motel common areas, including sweeping, vacuuming,
- mopping, surface cleaning and deep cleaning as needed such as windows, light fixtures, baseboards etc
- laundry
- Ensuring rooms are stocked with proper supplies
- Rearranging furniture and re-staging of guest rooms
- Delivering room supplies as requested by guests
Qualifications:
- Smart serve certification is required
- a good understanding of procedures and practices in the hospitality industry
(ideally a min. of 1-2 years experience)
- experience with WebRez Pro; comfort with POS systems and basic financial record-keeping
- comfort, confidence & competence using Google Docs/Drive, MS Office Suite, and computer hardware/software in general
- excellent organizational and time management skills, and meticulous attention to detail
- friendly disposition and the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- be adaptable and flexible with duties and scheduling
**Job Type**: Part-time seasonal - starting April or May 2025 ending Sept 2025 with the possibility of extending to October 2025
Part-time hours: 10-35 per week
**Salary**: $17 - $20 per hour

Pay: $16.55-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
