**Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. As a Barber, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional grooming services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, shaves, and styling services while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

**Duties**
- Perform haircuts, shaves, and styling services according to client preferences and current trends.
- Sanitate tools and workstations to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all clients.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs and preferences.
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and shaving.
- Experience in retail sales and upselling products is a plus.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness by sanitizing tools and work areas regularly.
- Front desk experience is advantageous for managing appointments and client interactions.

Pay: $3,617.63-$4,314.28 per month
