Position Summary:
Tacten is seeking professional, energetic, and forward-thinking **Level 3 Rope Access Technicians **to support our client site at** CNRL in Fort McMurray, AB. **If you are seeking a dynamic industrial environment with opportunities for individual growth and learning, this is for you.

**Project Details**:

- Local to Fort McMurray or able to fly out of Alberta Hubs (FIFO) Calgary or Edmonton
- Location: CNRL Horizon or Albian
- 6/1 turnaround rotation, 12 hrs/day

**Responsibilities**:

- Have a comprehensive knowledge of advanced rescue techniques
- Be able to demonstrate all the skills and knowledge required of a Level III Rope Access Technician
- Be conversant with relevant work techniques
- Assist other technicians as required
- Perform specific job functions as they relate to work orders
- Ensure operational safety of all equipment
- Comfortable with heights
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Team orientation
- Ability to work productively in adverse conditions

**Requirements**:

- Previous work experience of a Level III Rope Access Technician (IRATA)
- CSO or BSO required
- ESC Confined Space Monitor and Entry required
- ESC Fall Protection an asset
- Skilled Labourer Ticket is an asset
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients and co-workers
- Exceptional safety and quality awareness
- Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driver's abstract
