The Role

You’ll be working hands-on framing houses and/or apartment buildings while helping keep the site organized, safe, and moving forward. You won’t be babysitting—but you will be expected to lead by example and support the crew when needed.

This role is ideal for someone who:

- Is respected on site without needing a title
- Takes pride in doing things the right way
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Wants consistency and long-term work with a solid company

What We’re Looking For
- Experience framing residential homes and/or multi-family buildings
- Strong understanding of safe work practices
- Ability to read plans and follow layout accurately
- A team-first mindset with natural leadership qualities
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable

**Preferred (but not required)**:

- Fall arrest certification
- Telehandler / Zoom Boom ticket
- First aid training

Leadership experience is an asset—but **attitude, accountability, and standards matter more than job titles**.
