JLL is seeking a Maintenance Technician who will be responsabile for preventive/corrective maintenance on building equipment and general maintenance on interior and exterior of common areas. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal operation and appearance of our building and its facilities. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment for our tenants, visitors, and employees.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- General maintenance tasks, such as drywalling, tiling, painting and repairing doors, as required
- Complete preventative maintenance work tasks, regular building systems checks
- Being responsible for preventive/corrective maintenance on building equipment and related systems
- Working with external contractors and building management, such as assisting Marketing and Specialty Leasing departments with their promotions, carts and kiosks
- Responding to tenant requests

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- Proficiency in the following trades is desired: painting, door/lock repairs, drywall, minor plumbing, basic electrical work, and lamp changes
- A minimum of 3 years of experience preferably related to a commercial building environment
- Other requirements such as interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to resolve problems independently and carry out duties under mínimal supervision is essential
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office (Excel and Word) are assets
