- You will provide support to students in **Grade 11 & 12 Biology**, helping them understand key concepts and assist them with homework
- You will promote a growth mindset
- You will partner with your students’ families to create learning goals and provide updates on student progress as they work towards them
- You will build strong relationships with students and families, promoting long-term retention

What You Bring
- **Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education**:

- You work independently and are adaptable to any situation
- Solid communication skills (both oral and written) and proficiency in identifying and understanding various learning styles
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, organizational and time management skills
- A demonstrated passion to help students reach their full potential
- Experience working with Zoom

**Salary**: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
