**About the Postdoctoral Fellowship**
**Duties**
- Perform high-level, complex research activities under the direction of the CRC Chairholder, including data collection and analysis.
- Assist in computer implementation and co-ordinate with computer programmer.
- Assist in the writing and presentation of research papers, presentations, and publications under the direction of the CRC Chairholder.
- Foster communication with off-campus partners.
- Assist with administrative-related duties of the program.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Ph.D. in construction engineering and management, computer engineering, and/or computer science.
- Experience in the field of construction engineering and management.
- Knowledge of fuzzy logic, artificial intelligence, simulation, and optimization techniques.
- Excellent English-language written and oral communications skills.
- A record of publishing in peer-reviewed journals.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- predictive modeling,
- big data analytics, and
- the use of sensors, including biosensors, in safety and productivity research.
Experience in the construction industry is an asset.
