**Duties**
- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting cooks and kitchen staff.
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
- Help with the restocking of supplies and ingredients in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with kitchen staff.
- Willingness to assist in various kitchen tasks as needed, including food preparation and helping cooks.
