**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for a Machine Operator who is responsible for all corrugated pipe/culvert operations in Ayr, Ontario. Duties will be fulfilled as assigned by the Plant Manager in a safe, efficient, and effective manner. Other duties will be assigned as necessary.

Shift Timings - 06:30 AM to 04:30 PM - Monday to Thursday.

**What you will do**:

- Set up the press to run various corrugation profiles
- Set up the plate roll machine
- Assisting operators in material handling
- Complete routine maintenance on the press & the dies
- Keep the workstations tidy and clean
- Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving mechanical problems on the equipment
- Follow AIL's Quality Management System

**What you will need**:

- Safety conscious
- Forklift experience would be considered an asset
- Must possess a certain degree of mechanical aptitude
- Must be able to work accurately with figures
- Must be organized and self-motivated
- Must be able to communicate with others
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Experience with heavy machinery would be considered an asset.
