Prime Management Group Inc. is pleased to be partnering with St. Joseph's Health Care London in the search for a highly qualified and innovative Director, Information Technology Services (ITS) (Hybrid Work Model). Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this service-focused leader will be vital in providing strategic direction, resource management, and leadership for all IT services across St. Joseph's, including corporate and clinical technology infrastructure, systems, and services. In this unique position, the Director of ITS will also have the opportunity to grow, expand and transform the IT function for the hospital.

The Director, ITS will have proven experience leading and facilitating cross-functional teams in a healthcare (or similar setting), and the ability to collaborate and partner with a wide variety of stakeholders, including community partners, to balance the needs and interests of diverse groups while maintaining alignment with strategic priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical, including the ability to present to diverse audiences, including those in senior leadership roles. In addition, a working knowledge and understanding of the Public Hospitals Act and all related healthcare legislations and regulations in the province of Ontario is important.

Immunization Requirements
- Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps rubella, varicella (chicken pox), Hepatitis B, COVID-19 and influenza.
- Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin test.
