**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage restoration projects from start to finish, including water, fire, mold, and storm damage jobs.(commercial and residential)
- Lead and coordinate on-site teams, including technicians and subcontractors.
- Implement safety procedures and guidelines for a safe work environment
- Ensure safety standards and OSHA regulations are followed at all times
- Complete mandatory checklist for site safety at all times (personal and equipment)
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality control standards are met.
- Perform site assessments
- Communicate regularly with project managers and clients
- Provide regular updates on job status, timelines, and budget.
- Review and approve work completed by crew members and subcontractors.
- Order materials, equipment, and supplies needed for the project.
- Ensure job sites are maintained and kept clean and organized.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on-site in a timely and professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the restoration industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of restoration processes, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using software tools for scheduling, reporting, and tracking projects (e.g., Xactimate, Buildertrend, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Certification in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration (FSRT), or Mold Remediation (AMRT) preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
